Powerscreen Warrior

The Warrior is a high capacity, heavy-duty machine which is capable of screening out materials into three individual stockpiles. The Warrior can be used in a variety of materials separations in the most difficult and demanding of applications, including: primary and secondary aggregate production, materials recycling, material separation in compost, top soils and waste management.

The high-strength, high amplitude, two-bearing screenbox and large hopper exit opening allow easy handling and separation of large items from material fines in recycling tasks, such as soils from tree stumps and logs, fines and rock from overburden and blasted rock.

Powerscreen Warrior 1400

The Warrior has a highly aggressive screen action and the Warrior screenbox can be fitted out with either finger screens, woven wire mesh and punch plate on both top and bottom deck. The top deck can be fitted out with bofor bar for the heavier applications, such as blasted rock. The bottom deck can also be fitted with speed harp, flexi-mat and flexi harp for high production. A ball deck can be fitted to the bottom deck when working in sticky applications, which helps to keep the bottom deck mesh media clean (SCS - Self Cleaning System).

Powerscreen Warrior in Recycling

The Warrior range is particularly effective in the recycling of construction & demolition waste. Powerscreen Warriors are probably the most effective machines available to this industry and are becoming an increasingly common sight both on the demolition contract itself and at recycling facilities, where the demolition waste is transported for treatment. Skip hirers who are heavily involved in this area of activity are also reclaiming saleable product from collected C&D waste with the additional benefit of landfill and transportation costs being reduced dramatically as a result.

Powerscreen Chieftain

The Powerscreen Chieftain is one of Powerscreen's most popular screening products and is ideally suited for small to medium sized operators and contractors who require a versatile product capable of operating in a number of applications such as sand and gravel, aggregates and recycling.

User benefits include hydraulic folding conveyors for a quick set-up time, screen walkways and access ladders for ease of maintenance, and a drop down tail conveyor to aid screen media changes.

Powertrack

The Powerscreen Powertrack is a high capacity heavy duty mobile scalping and conveying unit.

Built to withstand the rigors of handling materials like rock or demolition concrete, this machine can also be used in some topsoil operations.

The product design allows the machine to operate in very confined spaces and the high mobility factor eliminates set up time.

The Powerscreen Powertrack machine is a specially adapted Powergrid fitted with crawler tracks which can be moved along on site by the operator via remote radio control signal from a hand held remote radio control unit.
